A Former Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development in Edo State, and President  Forum of Nigeria Women in Politics, FONWIP Hon Amb. Florence Gbinigie JP has congratulated the Former Governor of Edo State Chief Lucky Igbinedion on his 69th Birthday, pouring encomium on him for his outstanding leadership qualities

In a tribute she noted, "What a time to celebrate a man with the "Golden Heart." An icon, illustrious Bini man, generous, filled with passion and grace.

"Your Excellency, Chief Dr. Nosakhare Lucky Igbinedion, as your name implies, history has it on record that you're the best Governor ever recorded in the history of Edo State.

"You've remained steadfast with an unwavering heart doing the things you know how to do best. Making things work out for the betterment of all. 

"May your life continue to shine like a bright star that you are. You're celebrating 69 years on  planet earth, and you will do 70 and much more in good health. Your expectations shall never be cut short. You shall continue to be a sort after. 

"I will forever be grateful to you. Thank you for the feather you put on my cap. A title so rare to get. An upliftment God ordained and used you to accomplish.

"God will continue to be with you all the days of your life in Jesus name.  Amen 🙏

Gov Okpebholo Leads APC Delegation on Condolence Visit to Okao of Ologbo

  Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo led a high-powered delegation of government officials and party leaders on a condolence visit to the Okao of Ologbo, Chief Emmanuel Iyase, following the passing of his wife, Mrs. Mandaline Iyase. The visit, which drew prominent figures from the state’s political leadership, was marked by solemn reflections and words of comfort for the grieving family. Speaking during the visit, Governor Okpebholo said he came alongside key stakeholders, including the local government chairman and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to sympathize with Chief Iyase over the painful loss.
