APC Adjusts Screening Dates For 2027 Elections...Extends Aspirants’ Forms Sale, submission. Deadlines

 

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved a further extension of the timelines for the sale and submission of completed aspirants’ Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms, as well as the screening process for the 2027 General Elections.

Felix .Mourka, National Publicity Secretary of APC announced this through a press statement signed and released from his office in Abuja yesterday

In the statement, bearing the Party's key extensions, he stated  that the new adjustments by the party. This includes that:

* Sale of Forms: Extended to midnight, Wednesday, 6th May 2026

"Submission of Forms: Extended to midnight, Thursday, 7th May 2026. Screening of Aspirants: Friday, 8th May 2026 – Tuesday, 12th May 2026.

He added that there will be publication of screened aspirants on Wednesday, 13th May 2026

Gov Okpebholo Leads APC Delegation on Condolence Visit to Okao of Ologbo

  Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo led a high-powered delegation of government officials and party leaders on a condolence visit to the Okao of Ologbo, Chief Emmanuel Iyase, following the passing of his wife, Mrs. Mandaline Iyase. The visit, which drew prominent figures from the state’s political leadership, was marked by solemn reflections and words of comfort for the grieving family. Speaking during the visit, Governor Okpebholo said he came alongside key stakeholders, including the local government chairman and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to sympathize with Chief Iyase over the painful loss.
