Funeral Service For Princess (Mrs.) Rita Ofure Gbinigie- Obidike Holds on May 16th, 2025 in the United Kingdom

The Funeral Service for Princess (Mrs.) Rita Ofure Gbinigie- Obidike, Managing Director, MD Discovery Travel and Tours Limited will hold on Friday, May 16th 2025 in the United Kingdom

A family source disclosed that the venue of the Funeral Service will be the Sacred Heart and Mary Immaculate RC Church- Flower Lane, Mill Hill NW7 2JB.

The reception follows immediately at same venue and the burial rites are strictly by Family members only.

On Sunday May 18, 2025,  there will be Thanksgiving at the Parish of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Simon Stock, 41 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4BB.

Earlier in Lagos, Nigeria there was a night of tributes, organized in her honor at Victoria Garden City VGC, where she lived as the vice chair and board of trustees till she passed on to glory.

 This event was streamed  virtually as well. It was in her remembrance and gratitude for all Ofure stood for in her lifetime.

The promising life, generosity and her achievements were eulogized by family, associates, neighbors, colleagues, friends, loved ones and well wishers she left behind.

It is with heavy hearts, but gratitude to God for a life well spent that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, wife, mother, aunty, cousin, associate and friend, Ofure Rita Gbinigie-Obidike  who passed away on March 21st, 2025 in the United Kingdom, at age 57 years.

The memories of this iconic Amazon who impacted lives personally and collectively will continue to linger in the hearts of her loved ones as she rests in the bosom of the Lord God Almighty.

Adieu! Adieu!! Adieu!!!
