OBASEKI: A Jobless Refugee

In my opinion Godwin  Obaseki WAS NOT  a success as Governor. More importantly his story is about the past, not the future..   His over-bloated ego fed by political sycophants and paid praise-singers misled him into thinking he could defeat all the election riggers in Edo who were responsible for making him governor from nowhere in the first place!!

During the election in which he was not a candidate, he threatened that Nigeria will burn if his anointed successor lost the election as we knew he would, after which he ran away  to live in UK as a jobless refugee. 

From being a first-class citizen in his own country Obaseki has reduced himself to roaming around overseas where black people are second- class citizens wasting his time  talking to Edo people in diaspora who by the Nigerian Constitution HAVE NO VOTE in elections and cannot influence anything other than meaningless negative social media opinion.

Former Edo Governors Oyegun, Igbinedion, Osunbor, Oshiomole all visit Benin regularly and live in Nigeria. Obaseki should stop running, come home and face EFCC. His lifestyle gives credence to allegations that he is simply enjoying ill-gotten wealth looted from  Edo State.
